This workshop is designed both for practitioners who have never tried Pincha and for those who want to refine their technique. You don’t need to master the posture to join! You’ll learn step-by-step from the ground up in a safe, guided, and motivating environment. Everyone is welcome!

ABOUT PRABA:

Praba was born in Tamil Nadu (India) in a family with a strong yogic tradition. He began his journey in Ashtanga Yoga at age 17 and has been teaching and practicing for over 8 years around the world. His teaching is known for its vibrant energy, clear technical focus, and deep sensitivity to each student’s needs.
